Hotel Brighton was established in 1914 as a place for locals to enjoy a cold drink and a warm meal after a long days work. Today, more than 100 years on, things are very much the same. We source ingredients locally, wherever possible, from suppliers we trust. Starting with classic pub dishes, and refining them with every passing season. Whether you’re gathered in the front bar with friends on the weekend, watching football, tennis, golf, enjoying a few cold beers upstairs, entering competitions, or grabbing a special deal, Hotel Brighton is defined by its full calendar of events. We hold events because we like people, and as a stalwart of the Brighton community for more than 100 years, Hotel Brighton still plays second home to Brightonian’s watching the football in the winter months, having private parties, or shared occasions. And for the dancing crowd, we’ve got DJ’s upstairs from 8pm on Friday nights, and Retro Revival kicking off at the same time on Saturdays.
