The unique glassed-in Conservatory venue, where celebrations, functions, and events are always joyous, memorable occasions.

The St Andrews Conservatory is the jewel of Melbourne's iconic Pumphouse Hotel venue. It takes its name from the hotel's proud history, when it was formerly known as the St Andrews Hotel.

By day, this beautiful venue is filled with natural light spilling from its distinctive glass roof. This feature is hung with delicate bamboo lanterns which, in the evening, illuminate the venue and create a spectacular ambience. The cosy fireplace and the option for dance space add to the exceptional atmosphere and timeless style of the Conservatory which is exactly what you want at your next function.

The Conservatory can host up to 120 seated, and 160 cocktail style (both with dance space).

Large or small, any budget, any menu, Tony and his dedicated team have been hosting functions in the Conservatory for over 20 years.

Whether it be engagements, birthdays, christenings, corporate seminars or office parties, we understand the organisation required to make any event a success, which is why we offer a range of options and packages for either seated, or cocktail style functions.
